Class Descriptions:
Yoga:  Come gain all the benefits of yoga in this wonderful class where you will gain strength, flexibility,
balance, and we always, of course, end with a great final relaxation.   With a mix of poses, flowing
movement and strengthening moves, this class is never the same. Tone and shape your whole body,
and increase your range of motion, flexibility and self awareness.  Join us for a fun, safe and wonderful
class. This class is perfect for beginners as well as the frequent yogini. No shoes required!

Power Yoga: A wonderful time to challenge yourself and get a great work out too! In this yoga class,
you will flow from pose to pose, sweat, get strong and work on lots of fun things like headstands,
back-bends, inversions, arm balances, floating and more!  You will certainly have a fun time and by
the end of class, you will have earned your final relaxation!

Women's Fitness and Prenatal Class: Even if you are not pregnant, you are urged and welcome to take
the Women's Fitness/Prenatal class.  It is a great women's class because it is a mix between low impact
cardio, strength training, yoga and relaxation.  This class promotes strengthening the muscles, relaxing
and de-stressing the mind, balancing the female hormones and working all those neglected 'girl
muscles' and places.  I will show levels as always so you can make the class as easy or hard as you want
it.  It is a wonderful class for any woman at any stage of life. Great for beginners too!!!!

Combo Class/Kickboxing: A great mix of kick boxing, strength training and yoga all in one! Warm up
with some great kick boxing moves, tone up those muscles with strength training and end with some
great yoga stretches to stretch it all out!  A great class for all levels!

Body Sculpting/Ab Blast: Come play with all the fun things we have at Peach fitness for a great  low
impact body sculpting class where you are guaranteed to tone and tighten that body!  We will be
using dumbbells, thera-bands, hula-hoops, balls and whatever else we have around to get those
bodies sculpted!  We will also be 'blasting' those abs and strengthen up those cores!

BOOT CAMP/Interval Class:   Are you ready to sweat and work those muscles?? Then this is the class for
you!  Be ready to take your heart rates up as well as some mazing strength training moves to tighten
and strengthen your WHOLE BODY! We will also end each class with 10-15 minutes of core training and
really get those bellies burning!  Bring lots of water to this class as well as your mat.
Please make sure to bring a mat & water to all classes.

Yoga classes & kickboxing classes are usually done barefoot,
but please wear sneakers to all other classes.
