Danielle teaches at numerous places in the Spring/Woodlands area. Currently she is teaching FREE community classes at Gateway Baptist Church on Rayford Road and now at Sohk Judo on I45 North. Danielle also teaches yoga classes at Elite Medical Skin & Laser Center. **Danielle teaches in levels so all can attend. She will take you through all the levels and you stay where you need to be and then progress at your own rate depending on your own body and abilities.** |
| The Workouts Conditioning Class: An intense yet safe entire body workout which focuses on functional movements to improve overall fitness while reducing body fat. This workout is strength training with light weights or resistance and has intervals of cardio for a great fat burning and body sculpting workout! This class will help strengthen all your muscles, work on balance and coordination and will be something new and challenging each time you come! Combo Class: A great mix of kickboxing, strength training and yoga all in one! Warm up with some great kickboxing cardio, tone up those muscles with strength training and end with some great yoga stretches and relaxation. A great class for all levels! (if you only want to come to half the class, feel free to drop in at any time!) Kick boxing: Cardio-Kickboxing which is safer and easier to follow, with more detailed instruction on form and technique than normal kick boxing programs. Based on Martial Arts and not high impact cardio classes. Learn real martial forms in your kicks and punches. Safe and easy for ALL levels! Barefoot Workout/Yoga: Danielle's signature total body workout! Challenge your self and gain strength, flexibility, balance and focus with this great challenging barefoot workout . With a mix of poses, flowing movement and strengthening moves, you will always challenge your muscles as you learn to maintain control and balance. Tone and shape your whole body, and increase your range of motion and flexibility. Join us for a fun, safe and vigorous workout. No shoes required! Prenatal Fitness/Fitness for Women's Health: Even if you are not pregnant, you are able and welcome to come to the prenatal fitness/Women's Fitness class on Wed. It is a great women's class because it is a mix between strength, yoga and relaxation. This class promotes balancing the female hormones and working all those neglected 'girl muscles' and places. I will show levels as always so you can make the class either high or low impact. It is a wonderful class for any woman at any stage of life. |
