FREE Community Fitness Classes


I am a certified Fitness Instructor, Nutritionist, Prenatal Fitness Trainer,  Personal Trainer, Yoga instructor,
Kick-boxing Instructor and have taken countless hours of continuing eduction classes to keep up with my
knowledge of health, fitness and nutrition.  I offer group classes as well as personal training and nutritional
consultations.

I have had a dream for a long time to offer my knowledge in health and fitness to all regardless of their financial
situation.    I now have that opportunity! Gateway Baptist Church in Spring Texas is gracious enough to share their
space with me to offer
FREE fitness classes to the community.

However, I need you all to help me to be able to continue offering free classes, so I ask you all to please leave a
donation for my teaching time.
  Please leave a donation.  Some people donate $3, some leave $20.  Leave what you
can. I want everyone to learn the joy that a healthy lifestyle can bring.

This is my only job, this is what I love to do.  I want to teach others to be healthy and strong and learn to love
themselves.  Please help me accomplish my dream of helping others in the community. God Bless you all!

The Workouts

Yoga Conditioning Class: A challenging yet safe entire body workout which focuses on functional movements to improve
overall fitness while reducing body fat. This workout is strength training with light weights or your own body's resistance. A Great
workout for sculpting and toning all those jiggly parts!! This class will help strengthen all your muscles, work on balance and
coordination and will be something new and challenging each time you come!

Combo Class: A great mix of kickboxing, strength training and yoga all in one! Warm up with some great kickboxing cardio,
tone up those muscles with strength training and end with some great yoga stretches and relaxation.  A great class for all levels!

BOOT CAMP/Interval Class:   Are you ready to sweat and work those mucsles?? Then this is the class for you!  Be ready to take
your heart rates up as well as some amzing strength training moves to tighten and strengthen your WHOLE BODY! We will also
end each class with 10-15 minutes of core training and really get those bellies burning!  Bring lots of water to this class as well as
your mat.

yoga/Barefoot Workout:  Danielle's signature total body workout! Challenge your self and gain strength, flexibility, balance and
focus with this great challenging barefoot workout.  With a mix of poses, flowing movement and strengthening moves, you will
always challenge your muscles as you learn to maintain control and balance.  Tone and shape your whole body, and increase
your range of motion and flexibility.  Join us for a fun, safe and vigorous workout. No shoes required!


Instructors Choice!: You never know what your gonna get in this one....except for a great all over body workout!  You may do
calisthenics, yoga, strength training, cardio....who knows?!  Always bring your mat, water, wear sneakers and come with a great
attitude!

Prenatal Fitness/Fitness for Women's Health: Even if you are not pregnant, you are able and welcome to come to the
prenatal fitness/Women's Fitness class on Wed.  It is a great women's class because it is a mix between strength, yoga and
relaxation.  This class promotes balancing the female hormones and working all those neglected 'girl muscles' and places.  I will
show levels as always so you can make the class either high or low impact.  It is a wonderful class for any woman at any stage of
life.
