Danielle will teach you a natural way of eating that is easy
and one that anyone can follow.

Danielle's nutritional counseling consists of two sessions.
Session one we will discuss your health background, your current eating habits and exercise (or lack of), routine and your goals. We will weigh you and take your measurements in this session.
In session two, You can expect to receive great information such as:
- An easy to follow meal plan and a great way to make your own
weekly healthy meal plans
- great healthy quick meal recipes
- a workout plan you can do at home
- learn about nutrition, labels and what is really in our foods!
- what supplements should you take?
