I LOVE Danielle's Saturday and Monday classes.  I have gained balance,
become flexible and always have loads of energy after the class is over.  

Danielle teaches in a easy to understand manner. She will stay after class to
assist with moves that we have questions about. She changes up the routine
so that it's anything but boring.  

I promise to go to yoga as long as she continues to teach us. Thank you

Danielle has been an inspiration. She welcomes everybody into the room.
I started her class 1 year ago and have been addicted ever since the
experience.  
She has been a phenomenal teacher for all levels. She really pushes you
to get to the next level. There are people from all ages attending, doing
amazing postures.

The postures have taught me how to stand up straight and move my
body with style. My posture has improved and now I crave to be
stretched.
Yoga has been self-challenging and low impact with great results. The low
impact is perfect for me since I have had two kids and cant run like I used
to do for exercise (Women will understand!). I now feel better about
myself and the way I look. My legs are more toned than they ever have
been.

I have been taking yoga classes from Danielle for the past nine months. I
have nothing but wonderful things to say about her as a teacher. She is
extremely knowledgeable, but yet friendly and easy to follow. Danielle always
encourages others to work on their level, and will show different yoga poses
in hard, medium, and beginner to accommodate everyone.  

For the first time in my life I am really feeling healthy, and I owe much of that
to Danielle. I highly recommend Danielle to anyone looking for a fitness
instructor. Coming from a person who hates to exercise, Danielle makes her
classes enjoyable and I am always wanting to come back for more!

Danielle has made yoga a part of my life.  I have realized its benefits
to my body and mind and use it every morning for a strong, focused
start to my day, on the job and throughout the day to combat stress.   
I don’t teach yoga but have shared it with colleagues on the job
especially when the stress level rises.

I just wanted to thank you for “molding” me into
better shape physically as well as teaching me
how to “calm” myself from the everyday
stresses of my work.

I just recently had a visit to my chiropractor
whom I haven’t seen in over a year.  She was
concerned about how my posture would be as
she knows how I hold my stress--- in my chest
and shoulders.  Anyway, she said I have
excellent posture and was very pleased.  She
remembered I was doing yoga and she said
that has been the best thing for me.

So thank you for being in my life!
